Get moving with active play

Your kids don't have to be sports lovers to get some exercise in their days. Encourage your kids to get at least an hour of active play every day. They can ride their bikes, go exploring, play tag, goof around on the playground, or go on a scavenger hunt. It can be anything that gets them out an moving. Active play also increases serotonin in the brain, which leads to improved mental clarity, helping them stay healthy mentally and physically. Plus, it's just plain fun.
