ELIGIBILITY: The BIMBO Bread Ultimate Soccer Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, representatives, agents, fulfillment, judging and suppliers involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, in-laws and spouse of “step” of each) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

2.	HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/25/11 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 6/20/11 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Look for an Official 8-Digit Entry Code printed inside specially-marked packages of BIMBO bread, while supplies last. To enter and receive one (1) entry, visit www.bimbobread.com/soccer (“Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and follow directions to submit the Official 8-Digit Entry Code and complete the online entry form. Codes can only be used once.
	To enter without a code printed inside specially-marked packages of BIMBO bread, you may use BCP82ZT9 as the Official Entry Code.
	Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day. If more than one (1) entry is received from the same person or email address in a single day, only the first entry received will be considered valid and Sponsor may choose to disqualify all entries submitted by that person at Sponsor’s sole discretion. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is the 24 hour period between 12:00:00 am ET and 11:59:59 pm ET. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entrants must fully complete and submit all required data on the online entry form to be eligible; incomplete entries and entries submitted using Official 8-Digit Entry Codes that were distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained legitimately or in accordance with these Official Rules are null and void. Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified; any use of automated methods of entry may result in disqualification.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: Eight (8) weekly random drawings will be conducted per the drawing table listed below to select Weekly Prize winners from all eligible entries received each week. Non-winning weekly entries from one week will be included in subsequent weekly drawings. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be included in the Grand Prize Drawing. Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about 6/23/2011. Random drawings will be conducted under the direction of Marketing Resources Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person/email address.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Four (4) Grand Prizes: Trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to attend a 2011 regular season Major League Soccer game of winner’s choice in the United States. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. commercial airport near winner’s residence to destination city for winner and guest(s), two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms/double occupancy), car rental, four (4) tickets to the selected game, the opportunity to meet a professional soccer player, and a Bimbo branded 4 GB Flip Video™ camera. ARV: $5,550.00. Winner’s guest(s) must be 18 years of age or older or be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of prize claim and must be requested at least four (4) weeks prior to selected/approved game date. Winner and guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary. The actual value of the trip may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation. Any difference between the estimated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Car rental subject to winners and/or guest(s) holding a valid U.S. driver’s license and qualifying as an eligible driver under applicable car rental company policy (including the attainment of age 25) and other rental car company terms and conditions. Car rental does not include gas, tolls, parking fees, collision waiver insurance, or any other related fees and is subject to car rental company terms and conditions. Time, duration, and professional soccer player selected for meet and greet will be determined by Sponsor. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide meet and greet with a professional soccer player, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Winner and guest(s) are responsible for having valid travel documents including government identification. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, including airline baggage fees, gratuities, meals, souvenirs, and any other incidental costs or expenses related to participation in this prize. Travel must be booked at least 30 days in advance. Guest(s) of winner must sign and return a travel liability release before travel will be booked. Sponsor is not responsible if game is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for tickets that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of the game, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer and remaining portions of prize will be awarded. Winner agrees that game admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to Winner and/or his/her guest(s) if either winner or his/her guest(s) violates the previous restrictions or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game.
	Weekly Prizes will be awarded as outlined below:
	Sixteen (16) First Prizes (2 awarded per week): Bimbo branded 4 GB Flip Video™ camera, ARV: $144 each.
	Forty Eight (48) Second Prizes (6 awarded per week): Prize pack that includes the following: One (1) duffle bag, One (1) water bottle, one (1) soccer ball and one (1) Bimbo bear, ARV: $49.45 each.
	Ten (10) Third Prizes (2 awarded for weeks 1 and 8 and 1 awarded for remaining weeks): Signed MLS Jersey, ARV: $300.00 each.
	Twenty (20) Fourth Prizes (4 awarded for weeks 1 and 8 and 2 awarded for remaining weeks): Unsigned MLS Jersey, ARV: $75.00 each.
	Total ARV of all prize(s): $31,377.60.

WINNER VERIFICATION: Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) within ten (10) days of attempted notification or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Failure to provide all required information and a signature on the documents will result in forfeiture of winner’s right to claim a prize and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Potential Grand Prize winners may be subject to a background check before the prize will be awarded; if a potential winner has been convicted of a felony or any other crime that would reflect negatively on the Sponsor, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Weekly Prize winners will receive their prize within thirty (30) days of the Grand Prize drawing.

PRIZE TERMS: Prizes are not transferable and include only the items specifically listed as part of each prize. Jerseys, water bottles and soccer balls are not game used. Value of autographed jerseys are subject to market fluctuations. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Any portion of prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance of and use of prize not specified herein are the responsibility of the winners. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for each winner whose prize is valued at $600 or more. Approximate retail values are as of the time these Official Rules were printed and the value of a prize may fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, inaccurate, delayed, garbled, misdirected, incomplete, undeliverable, destroyed or stolen entries or Entry Codes, incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties are also not responsible for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone service, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may affect the ability of consumers to participate, or for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. All online entries must include a valid email address. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Participants may not register with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register/enter multiple times. Any Participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register/enter multiple times will be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a winning entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e. the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address). Potential winners may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the promotion of the Sweepstakes, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prize winners. In the event of a printing/production/typographical error, irregular or invalid code/message or computer error, neither BIMBO Bakeries USA, its parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, fulfillment, judging and suppliers, printers of Entry Codes, or their respective agents or agencies shall have any liability. Liability for printing or other errors or Entry Codes that are rendered invalid due to any type of malfunction, technological or otherwise, is limited to replacement with an Entry Code, time permitting. In no event will more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without any further obligation, and if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) in a random drawing for the Grand Prize and Weekly Prize Drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable Weekly Entry Period(s) and Grand Prize prior to action taken. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to alter this Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on www.saybeembo.com/soccer. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will award the prizes in a random drawing from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, providing a sufficient number of entries are received. By participating in this Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements;(ii) to hold Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties harmless against any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses and liability that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use or misuse of any prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize; and (iii) that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Winners, by acceptance of a prize, grants to Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information in perpetuity for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, without further compensation, or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, or the federal court for the eastern district of Pennsylvania. Further, in such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive; incidental; or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participants’ actual out of pocket expenses, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
